"Borgo in festa" is an artistic, anthropologic and cultural festival organized since 2005 by the "Ngracalati" association for social promotion of Borgagne, Salento. "Borgo in festa" offers an occasion for cultural exchange among communities from around the world. The festival is based on volountary service and takes place in Borgagne, a little medieval village of Salento, and involves local socio-cultural organizations, cultural workers and, particularly, approximately 300 volounteers from Borgagne. "Borgo in festa" has been supporting the "S.te Marie" Center of Ouenou (N'Dali bishopric), Benin, for several years.
