Natitingou is celebrating
“Africa gave me more than I gave”: that's what Balbo said during the celebrations for the seventieth anniversary of Atacora. The event brought in Natitingou the main Church autorities of the country and the celebrations started with the Mass at the Notre Dame de l'Atacora Sanctuary.
During a conference on the history of the evangelization of Benin and Atacora, Balbo said that "the suffering brought me in Africa 40 years ago. These people gave me more than I gave them, and I must thank them".
