Graziano, ten years later
Ten years went by since the death of Graziano Bortolotti, to whom a medical center in Togo was dedicated.
The 20th of February 2002 Graziano Bortolotti, 62 year old businessman form Bolzano, died in a helicopter crash in San Pietro in Cariano (VR). Few weeks before, he visited some GMM works in Benin and Togo, along with his wife Cristina and Alpidio Balbo (read).
In Godjeme, Togo, he found a reality of poverty and suffering which made him want to be helpful to people who lived in such conditions.
Unfortunately, he cold not personally achieve this goal, but his family and friends, together with the GMM, built in Godjeme the "Graziano Bortolotti" medical center, now recognized by the Togo government, and then the "Bon Pasteur" youth center.
